Scott has almost twenty-five years of civil trial experience in state and federal courts throughout Arizona involving medical malpractice litigation, and has tried almost twenty medical negligence cases to a jury in Arizona and federal courts.  He represents physicians, nurses, dentists, psychologists, and chiropractors before their professional licensing Boards.  His practice also includes the representation of physicians in hospital medical staff and health insurance panel matters.  Scott is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, their highest rating.

Scott has lived in Arizona for almost forty years. He is married to Y. E. Garcia, Ph.D., Associate Professor and Associate Dean of the Graduate College at Northern Arizona University, and has two children.
